“Promenade” is a reconstruction project for the community of New Heaven in New Taipei City. Once vibrant and full of life, New Heaven is an old neighborhood rich in history and stories, though it has since lost some of its energy.

To capture its past and present, we conducted interviews with residents and collected photos, videos, and other materials they shared. The result is a thoughtfully produced documentary that presents the community’s legacy in an elegant and respectful way.
