Residence H- is a private home designed for a couple in Taichung City. Originally, the flat included a living room, kitchen, and three bedrooms. Initially, we considered using glass to separate the workspace from the living room, as one of the clients primarily works from home. However, they expressed that they enjoy spending time together, even while working. To align with their preferences, we removed the original TV wall to create a more open and connected space. In the revised floor plan and final photos, the seamless integration of the workspace and living area highlights the strong connection between the two.
